Reiki
Gentle support for relaxation, reflection, and whole-person well-being.
Life has a way of asking a lot of us. Whether you're navigating stress, illness, grief, a major life transition, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the pace of everyday life, creating intentional space to slow down can be profoundly restorative.
Reiki is one of the ways I help create that space.
As both a Reiki Master Teacher and a California Registered Nurse, I approach every session with compassion, presence, and deep respect for each person's individual experience. My goal isn't to "fix" you—it's to provide a calm, supportive environment where your body and mind can relax and your own capacity for healing and resilience can be nurtured.
During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on a treatment table. Using light touch—or no touch, depending on your preference—I offer a quiet, peaceful experience designed to encourage deep relaxation and mindfulness. Every session is personalized, and many clients describe leaving with a greater sense of calm, clarity, and balance.
Reiki is a complementary wellness practice that many people incorporate alongside conventional medical care and other healthy lifestyle practices. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care. Instead, I view it as one tool that may help support overall well-being by encouraging rest, reducing stress, and creating space for self-reflection.
Whether you're completely new to Reiki or have experienced it before, you're welcome exactly as you are. No particular beliefs or prior experience are required—only a willingness to slow down and care for yourself.
I would be honored to support you on your wellness journey.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Reiki feel like?
Every person's experience is unique. Some people feel deeply relaxed, some notice warmth or tingling, and others simply enjoy having uninterrupted time to rest. There is no "right" way to experience Reiki.
Do I need to believe in Reiki?
No. Reiki is offered as a complementary wellness practice, and you do not need to hold any particular beliefs to participate.
Should I continue seeing my healthcare provider?
Absolutely. Reiki is intended to complement—not replace—appropriate medical care. If you have medical concerns, it's important to continue working with your physician or other qualified healthcare professionals.
