All Levels Flow + Meditation takes Vinyasa Flow to a whole new level. This breath-synchronized practice begins with a guided meditation followed by an uplifting flow that is paired with upbeat, contemporary music for this dynamic 60 minute class in a beautiful outdoor environment. You’ll experience an energizing and physically demanding class that awakens your body, mind and spirit.
New Mom’s Yoga & Community Circle @The Pad Studios

This nurturing 5-week series is created specifically for new mothers who want to get out of the house, connect with other mamas, explore gentle movement, and feel supported during the postpartum period.
This series blends gentle movement, education, and community, drawing from both Bryant’s yoga background and her ongoing clinical training as she works toward becoming a registered nurse.
