Registered Nurse | Integrative Health Coach | Yoga Teacher | Reiki Master Teacher
Welcome!
Health has always been about more than the absence of illness.
For me, it's about feeling strong in your body, confident in your choices, connected to the people you love, and supported through every stage of life.
My career has been built around helping people achieve exactly that.
Over the past fifteen years, I've worked as an integrative health coach, yoga teacher, educator, and Reiki Master Teacher. Today, I also bring the perspective of a California Registered Nurse and Public Health Nurse, combining evidence-based healthcare with a lifelong passion for wellness, education, and compassionate care.
I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered in their own health journey. Whether you're looking to build healthier habits, reduce stress, reconnect with your body through movement, or simply create a more balanced life, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels sustainable and authentic.
At OM Family Wellness, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we'll explore practical tools—including health coaching, yoga, mindfulness, and other complementary wellness practices—to support your overall well-being and help you create lasting change.
Thank you for being here. I hope this space inspires you to care for yourself with curiosity, compassion, and confidence. Whether we connect through wellness, education, or healthcare, I'm honored to be part of your journey.
My Philosophy
✨ Health is personal. Every individual has unique experiences, goals, and challenges.
🌿 Wellness is lifelong. Small, consistent changes often have the greatest impact.
❤️ Healing happens in relationship. Feeling supported, understood, and empowered matters.
🩺 Science and compassion belong together. Evidence-based care and whole-person wellness can complement one another.
Please note: Wellness coaching, yoga, and Reiki are complementary practices intended to support overall well-being. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If you have questions about your health, I encourage you to consult your healthcare provider.
