Yoga is a wonderful way for pregnant mamas and partners, alike, to prepare the body, mind, and spirit for the challenges and transitions of pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood.
Mamas and partners will flow together in a brief vinyasa-style class followed by partner poses designed with pregnancy and childbirth in mind; guided meditation and breath awareness practices designed to help you connect with yourselves, as well as with each other; and finally a few gentle massage techniques that partners can use to help pregnant moms find some relaxation and relief.
No prior experience in yoga is required! Just a willingness to be open, playful, and supportive to your pregnant partner.
