Join me for a 6-week series designed for expecting and new moms that want to get out of the house, connect with other mamas and mamas-to-be, move their bodies, and educate themselves on topics such as lactation, sleep, pelvic floor rehabilitation and so much more.
Each week we will check in with each other and discuss what's new that week in a supportive and nurturing environment while forming new bonds and creating a community of like-minded moms. After our check-in, Bryant will lead a 20-minute yoga session catered towards all levels and all prenatal/postpartum needs with baby chillin' (or maybe not, that's okay too) at the top of your mat.
After yoga a new guest speaker will come each week to talk about certain topics that will give you useful information to help you ease your way into motherhood and give you the support that you need. In the line-up are a lactation consultant, sleep consultant, pelvic floor rehabilitation specialist, childcare expert, postpartum doula, family psychologist and potentially more.
Workshop Participants and Schedule
The series is open to new moms & babies (6 months and younger) and expectant mamas.
Class will meet Mondays from 10:00 - 11:30 am: 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, and 10/21.
**Please note that we will not meet on October 14 in observation of Indigenous People's Day.
Not yet cleared for yoga? No worries! Bryant will give you some restorative practices to do on your mat.
