Power Prenatal Yoga @ The Pad Studios
This power hour of yoga will be specifically designed for the pregnant mom looking to connect with breath and body, fostering physical well-being and mental peace during her pregnancy. Classes will be tailored to meet the needs of an expecting mother. The practice will help your baby grow with the devotion, protection and nourishment of yoga along the way.
New Moms Movement & Learning @ Practice SF
January 23rd- February 27th
Spend the morning bonding with your newborn and fellow moms in this movement & learning 6 week series. We'll begin each week with 20 minutes of mom & baby yoga to get you geared up for you day. Each week after our movement we will grab a healthy snack before our guest speaker arrives to talk about a new and relevant topic. Guest speakers include a lactation consultant, sleep consultant, marriage and family therapist, pelvic floor rehabilitation and so much more.
Not cleared for exercise? Not to worry, I will offer some light stretching and or meditation suited for your postpartum stage.
This class is suitable for babies 6 months and younger.
